July 2008 - Düren Esprit, an international high street retailer secured a new 7 years lease. July 2008 - Europort Warehouse in Europort (1,445 sq m) let for 2.5 years to existing tenant Nippon Express. July 2008 - Europort Six year lease extension agreed with FedEx at Europort. May 2008 - Vienna Baxter signed a 3 year extension to its current lease and a new 5 year lease for part of the 12th floor. April 2008 - Düren New letting to Brax Menswear signed for 10 years. April 2008 - Vienna Morton, the operator of the IZD café has signed a lease extension for a further 6 years. April 2008 - Montpellier Planning permission granted for Building 2. It will provide 2,500 sq m offices by the end of the year. March 2008 - Vienna Stora Enzo, a paper and packaging company, has renewed its lease in the Tower for a further 5 years. March 2008 - Vienna ÖBB, the Austrian railway company, has signed a new 6 year lease for part of the 10th floor and renewed leases for over 6 years. March 2008 - Vienna A new 6.5 year lease of part 21st floor has been concluded with Houf, an accounting and tax consultancy.
