The Management team has extensive knowledge of the European property markets and access to investment opportunities through a network of contacts with principals and intermediaries.

The directors of the Manager, who have been involved in the management of the Group’s assets since the Manager’s appointment are:

Robert Randall

Mr Randall is a director of Matrix Group Limited and is a Managing member of the Investment Adviser. Mr Randall joined Matrix Group Limited in 1996 and has been responsible for developing the business in structuring, syndicating and managing commercial property investments.

Nigel Jones

Mr Jones qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1989 and initially worked as a general practice surveyor in Southampton dealing with investment and retail agency work including Crown Estate properties. He moved to Guernsey in 1990 and again dealt with all aspects of commercial agency and property work. In 1995 he founded and became sole director of Jones & Partners Limited, Guernsey’s only Agency and Surveying practice dealing exclusively with commercial property. Jones & Partners was responsible for letting and investment sales of the principal office schemes within Guernsey during 1995 – 2000. Since 2001 Mr Jones has been Chief Executive of ComProp, the first AIM listed property company in the Channel Islands. The company carried out the development of approximately 100,000 sq.ft. of retail supercentres.

Janine Lewis

Janine is operations director of Praxis Property Fund Services Limited, formerly named Investec Administration Services Limited, a fund administration company, regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. She is a resident in Guernsey and qualified as an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries in 1995. She has 28 years experience in the finance industry with the last 12 year in the fund sector. Working with both private and corporate clients in the provision of fund administration Janine has focussed primarily in the areas of property and private equity funds.

Iain Moodie

Mr Moodie is managing director of Pinnacle Trustees Limited, a trust company which he established in 1992 and which is regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission. He has been employed in the financial services industry for 36 years having commenced articles with Cooper Bras and Co (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) in 1970.

Ben Morgan

Mr Morgan is a partner with Carey Olsen in Guernsey in their Corporate Group. Mr Morgan qualified as a solicitor in 1992 and practised with the City law firm Norton Rose, before joining Carey Olsen in 1999. He is a director of a number of other listed and unlisted Guernsey investment funds.
